What to Expect When You Call
You'll be asked to leave a voicemail on our confidential mailbox with your name, phone number, and city in California that you are calling from.
One of our screening specialists will return your call within 72 business hours. You'll complete a free 15-minute screening to make sure we are the right place for you.
If we are, you'll be scheduled with one of our clinicians for your first visit. All of our appointments are 50-minutes in length.
In your first visit, your clinician will ask questions to learn more about you and your goals for treatment. This will help them design a treatment plan individualized specifically for you.
In your next visits, you and your clinician will work together toward accomplishing the goals of your treatment plan.
Importantly, any information you share with your clinician is kept confidential in accordance with state and federal laws as well as the American Psychological Association's Code of Ethics.
