  • Hello! I am a trainee at the clinic, supervised by Dr. Jodi Stanley, LMFT #45244. I am currently pursuing a masters degree in Couple and Family Therapy at Alliant International University. I was drawn to this field after years in the legal profession. I have a law degree from Stanford University and I clerked for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals after graduation. I have a great appreciation for education and training. However, my greatest teachers have been the people I am in relationships with, both past and present.

At the clinic, I work with couples, parents, families, teenagers, children, and adults. As a relational therapist, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) and view relationships using an attachment lens. With individuals, I use Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). I have received significant training in EMDR, EFT, EFFT, and EFIT.

I have unconditional positive regard for my clients and colleagues and consider it an honor to walk alongside clients as they work on their most important relationships with loved ones and with themselves. This is delicate work and I enter into each therapeutic relationship with humility, hope, and deep compassion. My goal is to meet my clients with gentleness, curiosity, and insight as I help them meet their goals.
