In session, we’ll take a look at the way you communicate with each other and what emotions our words are really trying to express to our partners. Just as importantly, we’ll see how our partners receive our words. Then we can navigate a new cycle of interacting that can be both healthy, and very loving.
Therapy is not an easy process, as very few meaningful things in life are. But together we can walk through the discomfort of vulnerability and create the safety to have difficult conversations with the people we love most.
