As a dedicated mental health professional, I am committed to providing compassionate support and guidance to individuals seeking to enhance their well-being and navigate life's challenges with resilience and empowerment. With a background in psychology and extensive training in counseling techniques, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. As a young immigrant raised here in the US, I understand about diversity and adjustment concerns. I also speak Mandarin and Taiwanese. I hold a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. I am currently an Associate Marriage Family Therapist and a doctorate student in the couple and family therapy program at Alliant International University.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations in various settings, including community mental health centers, community outreach programs, and school-based settings. My experience spans a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions and more to individuals, couples, family, and youth. I offer psychoeducation and skill-building workshops on various topics related to mental health and well-being. These workshops cover a range of topics, including stress management, mindfulness, assertive communication, self-care, and building healthy relationships. If you're ready to take the next step towards positive change and personal transformation, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. Together, we can work towards creating the fulfilling and balanced life you deserve. Life is not meant to be walked alone.
