Kajsa Wiberg

  • Welcome! My name is Kajsa (pronounced Kai-sa); I am a grad student and a trainee at the clinic. My focus is to create a safe space that honors the uniqueness of each individual, couple, and family. I have worked with families, kids and teens for eighteen years, including as the president of a horseback riding school and as a classroom teacher and principal. Over the years, I became increasingly interested in the interactions between our mental health and our relationships. I am a passionate advocate for neurodivergent individuals and their families. My focus is on emotionally focused therapy (EFT), which is rooted in attachment theory and can help individuals with challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction, and life changes.
