Hi there! My name is Lauren Taylor and I am a marriage and family therapy graduate student at Alliant International University. I received my undergraduate degree in Social Science from California State University, San Marcos. I have always been passionate about supporting others through their challenges and promoting their own sense of self-worth. My goal is that our sessions will support you in bettering your life one day at a time. I specialize in work with couples, children, families, LGBTQ+, family conflict, identity exploration, racial identity and/or trauma, mindfulness, and women’s issues.
