Are you seeking a path to deeper emotional connection and understanding in your relationships? My name is Travis and I am a master's student studying Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University. I provide therapy in person at the Alliant Couple and Family Clinic in San Diego or via telehealth as an option. My approach to therapy is experiential in nature. I am curious, friendly, and warm. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for therapy sessions, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their emotional needs as well as fears. I have a profound passion for assisting clients in their journey towards more meaningful and fulfilling relationships. My approach is firmly grounded in the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is a well-established evidence-based method for transforming relationships. For Individuals: During our meetings, we will investigate and gain understanding of the behavioral patterns that cause you to feel trapped or unsatisfied. We will work together to assist you in overcoming the symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and other issues. For couples and families: we will work systemically to find understanding of attachment patterns and work together to create more secure bonds. Through gentle explorations, I empower my clients to build healthier, more secure attachments. Whether you're experiencing communication challenges, trust issues or simply want to strengthen your connection, I'm here to guide you through the process.
Let's embark on this journey of self-discovery and connection together. I look forward to helping you find the emotional security you deserve.
